Ingredients
- 35ml Classic Edinburgh Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- Pink sparkling wine to top up
- Garnish - lemon twist
Method
1. Shake the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top with pink sparkling wine.
3. Stir gently and garnish with a thin twist of lemon peel.
