A French Kiss

Give your heart to this romantic take on the classic French 75: light, luxurious and effervescent.


  • 35ml Classic Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • Pink sparkling wine to top up
  • Garnish - lemon twist


1. Shake the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top with pink sparkling wine.
3. Stir gently and garnish with a thin twist of lemon peel.
