This floral cocktail mixes our classic Edinburgh Gin, and Elderflower Liqueur with raspberry syrup and orange blossom to create a lively drink.


  • 35ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20ml cranachan syrup
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 2 dashes orange blossom water
  • Egg white
  • Dried raspberry leaf or hibiscus to garnish


  1. Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a few dried raspberry leaves.
