This floral cocktail mixes our classic Edinburgh Gin, and Elderflower Liqueur with raspberry syrup and orange blossom to create a lively drink.
Ingredients
- 35ml Edinburgh Gin
- 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml cranachan syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange blossom water
- Egg white
- Dried raspberry leaf or hibiscus to garnish
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few dried raspberry leaves.
