Autumnal Bramble

A luscious, seasonal update to the timeless gin cocktail, with our gently spiced Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur and a tangy dash of rhubarb bitters.


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
  • 10 ml Crème de Figue
  • 5ml Crème de Cassis
  • Blackberry to garnish


  • Shake all ingredients, apart from the Crème de Cassis, with ice in a Boston Shaker.
  • Single strain into a Brandy Balloon glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Float the Crème de Cassis on top and garnish with a blackberry.
