Candied Bramble

Sweet and sour, with a lingering warmth from our Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur, this is our unique twist on the classic Bramble.


  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin’s Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml Crème de Mure
  • Garnish – blackberry and a curl of fresh ginger


  1. Add gin, liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until ice cold.
  3. Strain into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Drizzle Crème de Mure over the top of the ice.
  5. Garnish with a blackberry and curl of fresh ginger.
