Clover Club

A pre-prohibition classic given a Scottish spin, with our indulgent Raspberry Liqueur, made exclusively with raspberries from Perthshire.


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 10ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml raspberry purée, or six muddled raspberries
  • 1 egg white


  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, then dry shake.
  2. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers.
