Edburgian 2.0

Fresh, juicy and fizzing with flavour, this is summer’s red fruit crop in a glass.


  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur
  • 25ml cranberry Juice
  • 20ml lemon
  • 10ml gomme syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • 2 blackberries


  1. Add all ingredients, except Prosecco, to a Boston shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard.
  3. Single strain over ice.
  4. Charge with Prosecco. 
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and two blackberries.
