Elderflower Collins


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin 
  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice 
  • soda water 
  • lemon twist and cocktail cherries to garnish 


  1. Mix the gin, liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with lemon and a cocktail cherry - or two!
