Frosted Bramble


  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Gin Liqueur
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • Garnish - lemon twist and plum fan


  1. Add gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until ice cold.
  3. Strain into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Drizzle Plum & Vanilla Gin Liqueur over the top of the ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist and plum fan.
