
Frosted Bramble
Ingredients
- 25ml Edinburgh Gin
- 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Gin Liqueur
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- Garnish - lemon twist and plum fan
Method
- Add gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until ice cold.
- Strain into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.
- Drizzle Plum & Vanilla Gin Liqueur over the top of the ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and plum fan.
