Ingredients

  • 35ml Christmas Edinburgh Gin
  • 35ml Darjeeling tea
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Pansy flower, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients together with ice (except the ginger beer).
  2. Double strain into a coupette glass.
  3. Top up with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a pansy flower and serve.
