Ingredients
- 35ml Christmas Edinburgh Gin
- 35ml Darjeeling tea
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- Ginger beer
- Pansy flower, to garnish
Method
- Shake all ingredients together with ice (except the ginger beer).
- Double strain into a coupette glass.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a pansy flower and serve.
