Lemon Martini

A crystal clear Martini with a delicate lemon flavour, double strained and simply garnished.


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin Lemon & Jasmine Gin
  • Drop of dry vermouth
  • 1 drop of lemon bitters
  • Twist of lemon peel (or fresh jasmine flower if available)


  1. Shake the gin, vermouth and bitters with ice.
  2. Double strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist or fresh jasmine flower.
