A gift for the senses, this spicy, aromatic palate-pleaser is full of festive cheer.


  • 25ml Christmas Edinburgh Gin
  • 20ml Kings Ginger
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Barrel Aged Bitters
  • Grenadine, edible gold powder and Maraschino cherries, to garnish


  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Float a few drops of Grenadine on top.
  3. Garnish with gold-dusted Maraschino cherries.
