A gift for the senses, this spicy, aromatic palate-pleaser is full of festive cheer.
Ingredients
- 25ml Christmas Edinburgh Gin
- 20ml Kings Ginger
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Barrel Aged Bitters
- Grenadine, edible gold powder and Maraschino cherries, to garnish
Method
- Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
- Float a few drops of Grenadine on top.
- Garnish with gold-dusted Maraschino cherries.
