The incomparable Italian aperitivo is given a juicy Scottish twist, thanks to our luscious Raspberry Liqueur.


  • 25ml Classic Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 10ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 15ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur
  • Lemon twist to garnish


  1. Stir in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
