Ingredients
- 25ml Edinburgh Gin
- 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish - plum wedge
Method
- Dry shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake again.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a plum wedge.
