Plum Sour

Our opulent Plum & Vanilla Liqueur marries beautifully with zingy lemon in this velvety-smooth sipper.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish - plum wedge

Method

  1. Dry shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake again.
  2. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a plum wedge.
