Richly sweet and delightfully tangy – this aromatic refresher combines our opulent Plum & Vanilla Liqueur with fresh lime.


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Liqueur
  • 10ml Campari
  • 20ml lime juice
  • Egg white
  • Dehydrated lime wheel


  1. Dry shake ingredients, then add ice and shake again.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
