Ingredients
- 50ml Edinburgh Gin 1670
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- Dash Lemon Bitters
- Garnish with fresh fennel frond
Method
- Pour the gin, vermouth, and bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a fresh fennel frond.
