An oriental-inspired take on the classic G&T, lifted by the aromatic aromas of yuzu, grapefruit and our crisp Rhubarb & Ginger gin.


  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
  • Yuzu tonic
  • Grapefruit to garnish


  1. Add ice to a glass.
  2. Pour the gin over ice and add tonic.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
