Rhubarb & Ginger Collins

Our refresh on this lively classic is full of zest and flavour, thanks to the crisp depth of flavour from our Rhubarb & Ginger gin.

Ingredients 

  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Lemon wheel to garnish

Method

  1. Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
