
Rhubarb & Ginger Collins
Our refresh on this lively classic is full of zest and flavour, thanks to the crisp depth of flavour from our Rhubarb & Ginger gin.
Ingredients
- 50ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Lemon wheel to garnish
Method
- Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
