Sweet, sour and with a hint of spice, our Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur comes alive in a chilled glass of bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
  • 100ml Prosecco 

Method

• Add the Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur to a chilled champagne flute or coupette.
• Top with Prosecco and serve.
