Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Martini

Pale and interesting, this is a beautifully crisp Martini, stirred down and simply served with a lemon twist.


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon peel to garnish


  1. Add Vermouth and gin to mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir and double strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
