
Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Martini
Pale and interesting, this is a beautifully crisp gin Martini, stirred down and simply served with a lemon twist.
Ingredients
- 50ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- Lemon peel to garnish
Method
- Add Vermouth and gin to mixing glass with ice.
- Stir and double strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
