Ingredients

  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml pomegranate juice
  • fresh pomegranate seeds to garnish

Method

  1. Shake the gin, liqueur, lemon juice and pomegranate juice with ice.
  2. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
