Rosette Martini

A heady combination of damask rose and juicy pomegranate, mingling with tangy lemon and sweet pistachios for a sweet taste of the Orient. A true original.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin’s Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur
  • 12.5ml lemon juice
  • Garnish – crushed pistachio nuts

Method

  1. Rim a coupette glass with crushed pistachios.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass.
