Summer Collins

A refreshing take on the classic Collins, with the lively addition of our Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur for sweetly balanced spice.

Recipe

  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
  • 35ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 1724 Tonic top

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients together (apart from the tonic).
  2. Strain into a tall glass and add ice.
  3. Top with 1724 Tonic.
  4. Garnish with lemongrass and a slice of orange.
