The Garden of Edin

A heady mix of floral blossom and apple that tastes even better when the sun shines.


  • 37.5ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
  • 37.5ml pressed apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon of apricot jam
  • Juice of half a lemon


  1. Muddle the lemon juice and jam in the glass until it becomes a thin paste.
  2. Add ice to the brim.
  3. Build the cocktail over ice, adding the remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir briefly to ensure all ingredients are blended fully.
  5. Garnish with a thick lemon zest and serve.
