The Edinburgh Gin Garden

Tuesday 1st September 2015

Edinburgh certainly proved itself the capital of gin this August, and our Edinburgh Gin Garden in St Andrew's Square was at the heart of the action!

We had a lovely time putting gin well and truly on to the Edinburgh Festivals map this summer. By the time the Edinburgh Gin Garden closed on the 31st August, we poured a whopping 90,000 gin-libations. Since the launch, our team used 2,000 punnets of raspberries, nine tonnes of ice and around 5,500 oranges to garnish almost 25,000 G&Ts.

We all knew that Edinburgers consume the most gin per capita than any other city, but even we were taken aback by this roaring success!

Did you make it down to the garden this year? Catch up with all of the action here!

See you next year!
